It took two and a half years to create this recovery shoe brand. They realized that while there are many shoes that emphasize impact on the soles of the feet, there were no shoes designed for shock absorption and recovery. Thus, they created OOFOS and became a pioneer in recovery footwear. The special material OOfoam used in OOFOS products differs from the midsole of general EVA materials, which are designed to generate forward momentum.
