Adorable Copper Key Girls tiered dress in a colorful postage stamp print featuring birds, florals, fruit, and other whimsical designs against a green background. Features wide ruffled shoulder straps, a stretchy smocked neckline, and a flowy tiered skirt. A fun, colorful style for spring, summer, vacation, or everyday wear.  Size L (12/14).  Condition: New with tags. No noticeable flaws to the dress. There may be an occasional loose/string thread from manufacturing.
