Tea Ceremony Set (for Beginner Practice)
33.00 $
Description
This set was purchased about 50 years ago by my family for tea ceremony practice at a tea utensil shop in Shinjuku. As it is an old item that has been stored in a closet for many years, the wooden box has noticeable stains.
The contents are everything shown in the photos (the stand used for photography is not included in the product).
[Product Contents]
Tea bowls: 2
Mizusashi (fresh water container): 1
Kensui (waste water bowl): 1
Natsume (tea caddy): 1
Futaoki (lid rest): 1
Chasen (tea whisk): 1 (fraying on the bristles)
Chashaku (tea scoop): 1
Hishaku (ladle): 1
Box: 1 (Tanzaku box. External dimensions/Height approx. 52cm, Width and Depth both approx. 17.5cm. Wooden. Noticeable stains.)
We would appreciate it if you would consider purchasing this item with the understanding that it is an old set from half a century ago, and was originally intended for beginner practice.
Thank you for looking.
