Vintage HUOT Drill Index manufactured in St. Paul, Minnesota, featuring an all-metal folding index case designed for fractional drill bits from 1/16 through 1/2 in 1/64 increments. Interior includes embossed decimal equivalents and U.S.S./S.A.E. tap-drill reference charts.  Includes the assortment of used twist drill bits pictured. This is an incomplete/mixed working set; individual bits have not been measured to verify size or placement and may be from multiple manufacturers.  The metal case displays substantial authentic workshop wear including paint loss, scratches, oxidation, staining and surface rust. Drill bits likewise show varying degrees of use and oxidation and have not been tested for sharpness.  A great vintage American machinist/toolbox piece that remains useful as a fractional drill organizer, restoration project or addition to a vintage tool collection.
