Vintage Club Aluminum Hammercraft 15-Inch Oval Roaster with Clear Glass Dome Lid

Crafted in the USA during the mid-20th century, the Hammercraft line is highly sought after by collectors and chefs alike for its heavy-gauge cast aluminum construction, which offers incredible, even heat distribution without hot spots. This large 15-inch model holds approximately 5 to 6 quarts, making it the perfect size for roasting holiday turkeys, whole chickens, pot roasts, or baking large family stews. While many of these roasters came with matching solid aluminum lids, this specific piece features the rarer, highly desirable clear glass dome lid variation, allowing you to easily monitor your food while it cooks.
