Anthropologie Deepa Gurnani  Erté, Art Deco Muse   Romain de Tirtoff (November 23, 1892 – April 21, 1990) was a Russian-born French artist and designer known by the pseudonym Erté.  He was a diversely talented 20th-century artist and designer who flourished in an array of fields, including fashion, jewelry, costume design, graphic arts, stage composition and interior design.     The birth of the Deepa Gurnani brand began with the union of Deepa and Jay Lakhani. As our lives merged, our creative minds and practices complemented each other, proving conducive to our brand's unique vision. Together, we launched our first collection at Henri Bendel’s in New York City in November 2006, captivating audiences worldwide with our distinctive, handcrafted embroidered accessories. Season after season, Deepa Gurnani continues to inspire with its stunning designs.
