Noh Mask - Kiyoharu Nagasawa, Fukakusa Kiyoharu - Wood Carving - With Dedicated Noh Mask Frame - Collection

This item belonged to an acquaintance who had dealings with Jōshun Nagasawa about 40 years ago.
When I ran a boutique in Tokyo, I displayed Jōshun's Noh masks in a corner of the boutique and made a living from it.
The velvet-covered Noh mask frame that comes with it is also from that time and was specifically made for it.

For the past 10 years, due to poor storage conditions, such as lack of humidification, there is significant damage.
In addition to scuffs and peeling due to age,
because it was stored indoors where smoking was permitted, it has absorbed the smell of cigarettes.
I do not have expertise in professional maintenance, so I will ship it after removing only a small amount of dust.
The Noh mask will be wrapped in cooking paper,
then in cushioning material for packing.

We kindly ask for your understanding of the condition and consideration for restoration, research, or display purposes.

Images 12 and 13 both show the Ii Family Noh Treasure Collection that I also owned, which will be included.
Please let me know before shipping if you do not need it.
