This is a bolt of Oshima fabric, a former hobby of hers. My mother used to sew Japanese clothing herself, buying bolts of fabric to make into garments. She had intended to make a coat or a dress from this bolt, but it seems difficult for her now due to her age.

The colors and pattern are chic.
