Description
This Noh mask was made by a relative about 15 years ago.
I don't have much knowledge about it, so I'm not sure, but
it is an unfinished piece that can be used for practicing painting.
The skin is not white, but a light pink color.
It appears whitish in the photos, but
the last photo is probably the closest to its actual appearance.
There are signs of painting or carving.
There are pencil lines for the eyebrows and hair.
There are fine carved lines in the hair area.
Please also understand that there may be dust and dirt from the time of creation and storage.
Would this be suitable for someone who makes Noh masks as a hobby, for practice?
There is a carved signature by the creator on the back.
Hardware for holding the mask is also included.
Size is approximately 22 x 14 x 8 cm.
