Vintage 1950s 1960s Ice Blue Cardigan With Black Beads and Top- Sweater Set

A lovely true vintage sweater set that needs a bit of TLC. I bought this with the intention of using it as a practice piece for my beadwork skills… but I just haven’t had the time.   I think it would be fairly easy to mend- if you know how to mend knits. And then if not, you could always just add beads over the holes.   As you can see in the picture it’s fair condition- but the cardigan is in much better shape than the matching tank. The tank has numerous large holes. While the cardigan has smaller ones scattered throughout that could be mended simply with thread and then recovered with beads. There are also a few small marks on the cardigan- one larger one on the inner silk linking. The lining does peak out a smidge so just needs to be steamed back into shape. Some slight loose beads areas too, but minimal.   A good practice piece or costume and a good size too! Bust of cardigan about 43 inches, though see measurements in photos to determine best fit for you!  PLEASE NOTE vintage items are used!
