These are spike pins for car tires, but they are also suitable for ayu waders, rubber boots, etc.
Simply screw them in with an M4 hex box wrench.
For felt shoes, apply a few drops of super glue around the pins for a secure fit.
For reference, photos 4-5 show my ayu waders.
Approximately 20-25 pins per foot is recommended.
