As you know, Telecaster saddles cannot be adjusted for octave tuning for each string, which has been a source of frustration for Telecaster players, especially those who frequently use the higher frets. To solve this problem, Glendale has created compensated saddles with angled saddles.
This allows for octave tuning to be adjusted to some extent while maintaining an authentic look. However, many other companies' compensated saddles simply angle the saddles, creating gaps between adjacent saddles, which can lead to unstable pitch if the saddles are accidentally moved.
Glendale's CUTTING EDGE SADDLE has the surface that contacts the adjacent saddle cut at an angle to match the saddle's angle. This ingenuity reduces the gaps between saddles, resulting in more stable pitch. Furthermore, several materials are available to meet the specific needs of players.
