Empoli Italy Olive Green Glass Tall Compote Twisted Stem Pedestal Bowl

A wonderfully expressive piece of vintage Italian glass, this tall Empoli compote pairs olive green glass with a long, hand-twisted stem and softly ruffled bowl. At nearly 15 inches tall, the proportions are especially striking, with the wide foot balancing the generous bowl above. Likely made in Italy in the 1960s or '70s, it has the playful, sculptural quality that makes Empoli glass from this period so distinctive. Measurements: Approximately 14.5 tall × 5.5 diameter. Very good vintage condition with light wear consistent with age. No chips, cracks, or repairs noted. Small variations in the glass are part of its handmade character. At COMAC Collection, each piece is selected for its craftsmanship, design, and enduring character. Vintage objects naturally show signs of age and use, and any notable condition details are described and photographed as accurately as possible. All items come from a smoke-free home.
