The rubber features a 6-layer structure for extremely high strength. Between the outer rubber and the inner insulating fabric, we use Kevlar®, a super aramid fiber also used in space shuttles and bulletproof vests.
Kevlar's high strength (5 times the tensile strength of the same amount of steel) and lightweight (1/5 the weight of steel, about 3/5 the weight of glass fiber) properties result in boots with high tensile strength, high elasticity, and excellent penetration resistance, heat resistance, chemical resistance, heat retention, and cut resistance.

On rocky terrain or steep slopes where the danger of slipping is high, your attention is focused on your footing, and your movements can become involuntary. Therefore, the Daido Non-Slip Footwear Series was conceived to enable work and leisure activities to be carried out efficiently, comfortably, and safely.
By arranging two special steel wire pins protruding from the rubber sole vertically and horizontally, we have achieved ideal functionality that prevents slipping not only forward, backward, left, and right, but also diagonally.
Another feature is the elasticity and resilience of the elastic ring-shaped bending pins. On uneven rocky terrain, unpredictable forces are relentlessly applied to the pins on the sole. These extreme forces are absorbed by the elasticity acting in all directions (up, down, left, right, forward, and backward), while each pin instantly returns to its original position, creating ideal functionality and balance. Furthermore, the sole uses a specially formulated rubber, and the design is based on ergonomics for walking, allowing each pin to function effectively and efficiently.
