This is Kyoto lacquerware from about 40 years ago.
It is adorned with rare gold and silver leaf, making it dazzling.
I kept it stored away because I felt it was too precious to use.
It can be used to elegantly serve food as is,
as a decorative stand for seasonal items,
or of course, as a flower stand.
Size: 30 x 18.5 cm, Height: 2.5 cm
The paper box is simple and shows signs of wear.
There is no accompanying booklet.
