This is a 4-cup rice cooker that uses an authentic clay pot as the inner pot. Because it uses an authentic clay pot with excellent thermal conductivity, heat is thoroughly transferred to each grain of rice, maximizing its flavor.
High heat retention is also a feature. In an environment with an ambient temperature of approximately 26℃, the temperature inside the clay pot was measured at approximately 60℃ after 90 minutes from the completion of cooking, with the lid and inner lid on. For this reason, a warming function was intentionally not included.
The timer function is limited to setting the start time of cooking according to the soaking time of the rice.
It is equipped with 5 modes: Rice Cooking, Crispy Rice, Porridge, Soup, and Stew, and can also be used as a cooking appliance. The Crispy Rice mode allows you to easily recreate the characteristic crispy rice of a clay pot, and the Soup and Stew modes allow you to easily cook dishes such as minestrone and nikujaga.
