Pre-owned vintage condition with fine overall glaze crazing and light age-related wear to the surface and gold decoration. No obvious cracks or repairs were noticed during inspection. The rim has a gently scalloped shape. The entire front is densely decorated with colorful chrysanthemums and other floral designs in shades of pink, blue, green, yellow, white and burgundy. Extensive gold gilt detailing gives the plate a highly ornate and collectible appearance. The underside has a red-and-gold Japanese maker's mark. The exact artist, maker and production date have not been professionally authenticated, so the plate is being sold based on its visible characteristics and markings.
