Description
This is a wonderful Gyokuryu incense container. It is a replica made by Hayashibara Art Mint.
The Gyokuryu incense container appears to have been sold at the Hayashibara Museum of Art. It comes with a pamphlet stating that it is a faithful replica of the original housed in the museum. The original box is also included. The incense container, shaped like a mokugyo (a wooden percussion instrument used in Buddhist services), features a beautiful contrast of gold and silver. It is unclear if it can be used. Please consider it for display purposes. It is an unused item.
