Co. out of San Leandro, California (the company eventually moved in the mid-80s, which dates this bag perfectly).   Condition & Details:  Built to Last: It's made from heavy-duty, deep maroon nylon that still has a great shine. The stitching is solid, and it has a real commercial grade feel to it.  The Interior: Features a thick, padded center divider so your bottles don't clank together. The insulation is surprisingly thick—it was designed to keep wine at temperature for hours.
