Vintage Coach Helen’s Legacy 9953 Tan Leather Duffle Shoulder Bag

Part of a private vintage estate collection belonging to a longtime retired Macy’s employee. This bag was personally owned as part of her extensive collection of vintage designer handbags accumulated over many years.  Vintage Coach Helen’s Legacy / Duffle Bag, style #9953, crafted in soft glove-tanned leather in a warm tan/camel shade. Serial H1D-9953 dates this example to August 2001.  Features a full top zipper, large curved exterior slip pocket, adjustable leather shoulder/crossbody strap with metal eyelets and buckle hardware, original Coach leather hangtag, and spacious leather interior with zippered pocket.  Approx. 12”H × 9–11”W × 7”D. Adjustable strap allows shoulder or crossbody wear.  Good vintage condition with natural wear from age and use. Visible surface marks, light discoloration/darkening and rubbing/scuffing along the bottom edges and corners as photographed. Leather remains soft and supple, hardware and zippers are intact, and original Coach hangtag is included.  Style #9953 Serial #H1D-9953 August 2001
