Raisins and other ingredients can be uniformly mixed in without being crushed, and udon will have excellent chewiness. This is a large-capacity model for small businesses and bread-making classes, supporting flour amounts from 600g to 2kg. It is more affordable and compact than commercial models. Furthermore, it can be used with household power outlets, so you won't have trouble finding a place for it.
