The taste of rice cooked with Kamakura-san is just like the pot-cooked rice served at inns. The cooked rice is glossy, with distinct grains, and the scorched rice is also delicious. By slowly cooking with heat, a sweet aroma gently spreads the moment you put the rice in your mouth.
