Description
Thank you for viewing.
This is a high-quality confectionery bowl (Kujirago) made with Tsugaru-nuri, a traditional craft from Aomori Prefecture.
The Nanako-nuri technique, a representative technique of Tsugaru-nuri, creates a colorful and abstract pattern of red, black, green, and blue, which shines like a jewel.
A lifetime luxury item: Lacquerware, made through dozens of processes, is durable and can be used for a long time. The more you use it, the more it fits in your hand and the more its luster increases.
Versatile size: With a diameter of 20.5 cm and a depth of 4.5 cm, it can be used not only as a confectionery bowl but also for serving dishes or as a decorative piece in your tokonoma (alcove) (Images 3, 4, 7).
Modern Japanese design: While a traditional craft, it has a modern aesthetic like a work of art that blends well with contemporary interiors.
[Condition]
Only touched for photography. It is in very beautiful condition.
The beautiful luster unique to lacquer is maintained. There is no outer box, but it will be carefully packed and shipped.
