This is a repair kit for Prox neoprene waders.
It is brand new and unused, but there is a small hole in the small piece of neoprene fabric.
Although it has never been used, I believe it may have occurred during storage. I recommend cutting it to use.
The repair instructions are wrinkled as shown in the photos, but they are still readable.
Neoprene waders may not be needed at the moment, but how about preparing for the cold winter ahead?
