This is the MK Seikou Mochi Maker, model RMK-541SZ.
Manufactured in 2023, purchased in 2024. It has only been opened and has been stored unused.
Instruction manual included.

*The kneading container has a fluorine resin coating for easy mochi removal.

Miso Soybean Mashing
Mashing soybeans for miso is also easy. Set the included miso paddle, put the boiled soybeans in the kneading container, close the lid, and turn on the switch. It will be mashed in 5 minutes.
