This is a work by Kourin Kogei from Yonezawa City, Yamagata Prefecture.
The type of wood and finish are unknown as there are no product details, but it is likely槐 (enju) or 欅 (keyaki).

There are no distortions, and it is solidly made.
It has been stored for a long time in my parents' warehouse.
Although I believe it is unused, due to its age, the product condition is listed as Near unused.
