Authentic early 1960s U.S. military Extreme Cold Weather undershirt with the fantastic heavyweight waffle-knit look that has crossed over from military surplus into heritage workwear and vintage street style. Marked Size Medium (38–40) with DSA-1-2025-63-T contract number, consistent with a 1963 Defense Supply Agency contract. Features an ivory/cream cotton thermal knit body, crew neckline, long sleeves and distinctive extended rib-knit cuffs. Originally designed as a military cold-weather base layer, but today it works beautifully as a standalone vintage thermal with denim, fatigues, cargos or layered under a military jacket.
