This is a Toshiba Mochi Maker, Mochikko Kijishokunin PFC-20FK.

This model features microcomputer control, allowing it to make not only mochi but also knead and proof bread dough.
Amazing! This model comes with a speed soaking function. Normally, glutinous rice needs to be soaked for about 8 hours, but with this machine, you can make mochi with just about 40 minutes of soaking time.
By controlling the heater temperature for steaming glutinous rice with a microcomputer, it minimizes temperature unevenness inside the container, resulting in a more delicious steamed product.

Manufactured in 2015, it can make up to 1 sho (approx. 1.8 liters) of mochi.
All accessories are included except for the original box and steaming stand. The instruction manual will be a copy, and the kneading paddle and measuring cup will be new, non-original parts. *Everything shown in the image is included.

Power and operation have been confirmed.
After filling with water for 1 sho and pressing the Steam button, the steaming completion buzzer sounded after about 30 minutes. We have confirmed the rotation of the kneading paddle by pressing the Make Mochi/Knead button. *Mochi has not been actually made to confirm functionality.

It has been cleaned and is ready for immediate use.
