Rice milling status is determined and programmed based on the taste evaluation of chef Rokusaburo Michiba.
Microcomputer control automatically reduces milling speed in 3 stages: High, Medium, and Low.
Milled from brown rice to 10 types of rice (polished rice, white rice, germ rice, 8-minute, 7-minute, 6-minute, 5-minute, 4-minute, 3-minute, 2-minute polished rice).
The Polished Rice function is a mode that further polishes white rice, removing the bran layer from the surface for a more delicious taste.
Finishes brown rice and white rice into rinse-free rice.
The Fresh Mode removes oxidized parts of old rice, reviving the original aroma and taste of white rice.
Includes a memory function that remembers the settings from the previous use.

Rice begins to deteriorate (oxidize) from the moment it is milled. By removing the oxidized surface of rice that has oxidized during storage or stockpiling, you can re-mill it and enjoy its deliciousness. (The rice will become smaller as the surface is shaved off.)
