Military Cap ③

This is a military cap.

(It might look really cool if you pair it with the dark green splinter pattern jacket currently listed.)

This is a restored junk military cap from a long time ago, done by an amateur.
The size has been made to fit the seller, who normally wears a 58cm.

The original military cap was unusable except for the crown, headband, and piping.
It was washed and restored after being disassembled.

The brim is made of a single piece of leather.
There is no internal support made of wire or metal plates at the crown center, so it has a crushed cap-like feel, but the original fabric is thick and sturdy, giving it a great atmosphere.

As shown in images 14 and 15, there are unfortunately holes (perhaps from rubbing?).
Additionally, as seen in images 16-18, there are areas around the edges where the nap has worn away due to rubbing and general use.

Image 19 is slightly brighter, so image 1 is closest to the actual color.

In my opinion, the original hat fabric is so sturdy that I imagine it's deadstock from wartime or around that era.

Due to it being a very old item, having holes in the crown and wear in various areas, and being a junk item restored by an amateur, I have categorized the condition as poor.
