Estimated era: contemporary decor piece, roughly 2000s-2010s (style-based estimate, not a confirmed date). There is no maker's mark, brand label, or date sticker anywhere on the lamp, so this can't be attributed to a specific manufacturer - the frosted-glass-and-beaded-fringe look is characteristic of casual/eclectic home decor lamps sold by retailers like Kirkland's Home, Pier 1, and World Market in that period, but that is a style comparison, not a confirmed source.  Condition: no chips or cracks visible in the glass globe, and the glass rod fringe is intact. Sold as a working lamp - it plugs in and lights up as shown in the photos.  Measurements (approximate): base is roughly 3-3.5in in diameter; overall height is approximately 11-12in to the top of the shade.
