They are coated strings with a long lifespan.
I am selling these because I purchased them but will not be using them due to a change in gauge.

Compared to Elixir, the coating is very thin, and the feel is close to uncoated, raw strings. They are not as slippery as Elixir, making them suitable for players who prefer a firm grip on the strings.
