Vintage Towle Fine Porcelain Double Goldfinch Music Box Figurine

Bring a touch of retro charm to your home with this beautiful, vintage hand-painted bisque porcelain music box figurine by Towle Fine Porcelain. This detailed piece features two vibrant yellow and black American goldfinches perched elegantly on a tree branch surrounded by delicate, dimensional pink roses. The underside features a classic metal wind-up key mechanism and displays a sweet handwritten provenance note reading Christmas 1983 from a previous owner. When wound, the music box plays a lovely rendition of the classic melody April Love. It makes an exceptional addition to any birdwatcher's collection, curio display, or cottagecore decor theme. Great Vintage Condition This item has been well-loved and beautifully preserved. The porcelain figurine features vibrant colors with no major cracks or chips across the main bird figures or the base. There is minor expected vintage wear on the delicate porcelain flower petals and leaves, which is common for these intricate pieces. The bottom edge features a dark brown felt padding to protect surfaces, showing some typical vintage wear. The mechanical wind-up music box mechanism has been tested and successfully winds up and plays its tune.
