Cobalt blue base color adorned with detailed, polychrome enamel floral patterns and extensive gold gilding. The raised texture is indicative of the moriage technique. Japanese, likely from the Satsuma Province region. Excellent antique/vintage color still vibrant no chips or cracks. The gold gilt shows some minor wear. See pictures for approximate measurements.
