This is a commercial ice maker from Kitazawa.
It was working fine until a few days ago, but it gradually started to malfunction. Currently, it powers on, but the internal plate does not seem to be lifting properly.
I'm not sure of the exact issue, but I believe someone who can repair it might be able to get it working again.
