Track and Field Shot Put - Junior High School Girls' 90mm 2.72kg (Antique) for Exercise

【Track and Field Shot Put - Junior High School Girls' 90mm 2.72kg (Antique)】 For Shot Put, Beauty, and Exercise - With the Charm of a Cannonball

To prevent muscle decline, strength training is essential. Whether you're a student or a working adult, sitting at a desk all day can lead to stiff shoulders. It's important to improve blood circulation and prepare for tomorrow.

This is an old shot put (iron ball) that was used in track and field shot put events. Unlike modern shot puts, it has a charming, antique appearance with only the 2.72K stamp (no manufacturer name).

While I described it as antique, it's not rusty to the point where it will stain your hands. Instead, it has a deep brown, tasteful color like an antique, and won't stain your hands when touched – it has an iron flavor and is truly antique.

For women who have entered the workforce and are looking to train for beauty, or for students exercising between study sessions, this item is neither too heavy nor too light, serving as a good alternative to dumbbells.

Incidentally, the weight of 2.72kg, as stated in the title, is the standard for junior high school girls. High school girls use 4kg (junior high school boys use 5kg, high school boys use 6kg, adult women use 4kg, and adult men use 7.26kg). This is why it's not considered too heavy. I believe there are no other shot puts with only the weight prominently stamped like this one.

Although I mentioned it's lightweight, even at this weight, throwing it like a baseball can injure your shoulders and elbows, and dropping it on your foot could cause a fracture. Therefore, please use it with caution if you intend to use it for exercise.
