Unlike the MBU-14/P which connects directly to the regulator, the MBU-16/P uses a 3-pin connector compatible with chest mounts.
This is a rare item issued to US Navy and US Marine Corps aircrew, with very little circulation as surplus.
The extension cord is straight.
There is some scorching on the hose, but the facepiece, amplifier, cord, and bayonet are in good condition.
