Description
Kyuran Rantai Lacquerware from Kurume, Fukuoka Prefecture
This is lacquerware made by repeatedly applying lacquer to a base of woven bamboo, and then polishing it after drying.
Kurume's Rantai lacquerware is made using a method that utilizes the woven bamboo pattern when applying the lacquer.
In my family home, we used other similar trays as regular trays, flower vases, fruit bowls, and more.
Another attractive feature is the simple care: just wash with water and wipe clean.
This is a large tray.
No box or booklet included.
We recommend Kyuran Rantai Lacquerware because it is easy to use and lightweight!
