★★The shelves have been repaired★★
I removed and reattached the shelves.
The shelves are now fixed.
I found out that the shelves can be removed and repositioned as part of the product's specifications.
The shelves are hooked in place with hooks attached to the shelf brackets.
It seems that these hooks had come loose, causing the shelves to shift.
However, due to this structure, the hooks may come loose and the shelves may shift during use.
In that case, you should be able to remove the shelf and put it back in place.
