NOS Vintage 1971 Soviet USSR Mouton Fur Hat TRUD Moscow Beryozka Tags Size 59

TAGS: Blue hang tag — «ТРУД» Fur Enterprises Association, Moscow, with ram’s-head emblem. Reverse — Fur Factory No. 3, Moscow. Model ГОГОЛЬ (“Gogol”). Fur: specially processed sheepskin (mouton). Lining: silk. Size 59. Сорт 1 = first grade, highest Soviet quality. Retail 9 руб. 20 коп. Stamped ИЮН 1971 (June 1971).  Green «Берёзка» sticker, 460 — Beryozka were the USSR’s hard-currency shops, open only to foreigners and diplomats. An intact Beryozka label is scarce and marks this as export stock.  Sewn-in labels: orange (59 / Сорт 1 / 9-20 / 1971) plus gold factory diamond marked 71.  Dense glossy black sheared mouton, quilted silk-type lining. All tags still attached at the original stitch — never removed.  Approx. 6” tall, 8.5” wide, 8” interior opening (size 59 cm = US 7 3/8 / L).  CONDITION: Exceptional  - New old stock, unworn. No odors, moth damage, or thinning. Hang tag shows age — creasing, toning, pen strike on the Beryozka sticker.  Genuine sheepskin fur.  Check Photos!
