New FERNANDES ZO-3 Speaker Ring Black Replacement Part

This is a speaker ring designed to fit the speaker part of the ZO-3. Since parts are no longer supplied by FERNANDES, we have created a replacement speaker ring using a 3D printer.
We are confident in the high quality of this product, which we have meticulously crafted.

The color is glossy black, the same as the genuine part, and it has the same solid strength.
Apply double-sided tape to the outer circumference of the speaker ring and fit it into the speaker section.
It can be attached to ZO-3 series guitars and fits ZO-3 models with a speaker hole diameter of 95mm.

The following steps were taken in its creation:
- We measured the genuine replacement speaker ring sold by FERNANDES down to 0.01mm and created it with exactly the same dimensions.
- We used a micro-nozzle for the highest precision output, resulting in a finish with no noticeable bumps or steps.
- We created over 20 prototypes and produced a product that is comparable to the genuine replacement part sold by FERNANDES and meets our satisfaction.

Notes:
The ZO-3 has been sold for approximately 30 years, and there may be minor dimensional changes to the speaker ring, or expansion/contraction of the wood due to aging of the ZO-3 itself.
When we attached this speaker ring to 10 ZO-3 guitars, 8 fit perfectly.
One had a larger gap, which was resolved by applying more double-sided tape.
Another was a tight fit and required slight sanding of the contact surface of the speaker ring with sandpaper for adjustment.
Therefore, although we have created the speaker ring with the exact same dimensions as the genuine part, it may not fit your ZO-3 perfectly. Please only purchase if you understand that some minor adjustments may be necessary on your part.
