Vintage Elgin Mini Mantel Clock Gold Tone Tempus Fugit Quartz w/ Instructions

Beautiful miniature Elgin quartz mantel clock in a polished gold-tone finish with an ornate traditional clock face.  This tiny clock has wonderful detail, including Roman numerals, decorative scrollwork, black hands, and the classic “Tempus Fugit” inscription above the Elgin dial. Designed to resemble a traditional antique mantel clock in miniature form.  Includes the original Elgin Mini Clock instruction booklet.  Clock is in very nice pre-owned cosmetic condition with only light surface wear from age/storage. The clock has not been tested. The battery compartment cover is quite snug, and rather than risk scratching or damaging the beautiful polished finish by forcing it open, I have chosen to leave it as-is. It is therefore being sold as untested.  Quarter shown in photos for size reference only and is not included.
