Vintage 1970s Westclox Nocord Gold Scroll Wall Clock Hollywood Regency MCM 18"

Wonderful vintage circa 1970s Westclox Nocord battery-operated wall clock, measuring approximately 18 x 15.  This striking Made-in-USA clock features an elaborate molded gold-tone scroll frame surrounding a square cream and gold clock face with ornate black hands. The dramatic symmetrical scrollwork has a wonderful Mid-Century Modern / Hollywood Regency look and makes this far more decorative than the typical vintage wall clock.  The original Westclox Nocord battery-operated movement is housed on the reverse and uses a C-cell battery. The back also retains an old Fred's Time Shop dealer/service label and handwritten vintage service notations.  A terrific statement piece for a Hollywood Regency, MCM, retro, maximalist or eclectic interior.
