Vintage Ghana Hand Carved Wood Wall Mask Silver Metal 20” African Art

Vintage hand-carved Ghanaian wood wall mask featuring an elongated stylized face, dark walnut-stained finish, distinctive carved headdress, and extensive silver-tone embossed/repoussé-style metal decoration.  The dark wood contrasts beautifully with the textured silver-tone metal panels decorating the forehead, cheeks, chin, and headdress. A striking statement piece for African art, folk art, global décor, or eclectic collections.  The mask originally had a paper label attached. The label was accidentally removed while removing another sticker/price tag that had been placed over it. Photos of the removed label are included. Clearly visible markings include “MADE IN GHANA” and “WALNUT STAIN.” The remaining smaller writing is very faint.  Measurements: 20” H × 5.25” W × approximately 2” D Weight: 1 lb 3.5 oz  Hand-carved wood with silver-tone metal decoration. Metal hanging hardware is present on the reverse.  Condition: Used / Vintage condition with normal signs of age, handling, and previous display.
