Description
Such a fun and unusual vintage watermelon wicker picnic basket with a split lid design and wrapped carrying handle. The basket is woven in natural and muted green tones with a red watermelon inspired lid accented with raised black seed details. Both sides of the lid open for access to the interior. A fantastic statement piece for a vintage kitchen, summer display, cottage decor, farmhouse decor, or watermelon themed collection. Approximate measurements: 15 inches long 15 inches wide 9 inches tall, not including handle Good vintage condition with visible age related wear and fading throughout. The original red and green coloring has softened considerably with age, giving the basket a naturally aged vintage appearance. There are some loose or worn wicker areas and surface wear consistent with an older handmade woven piece. Please review photos closely for condition and details. #VintageWickerBasket #WatermelonBasket #PicnicBasket #VintageKitchenDecor #SummerDecor
