Oura Ring Gen. 3 Heritage- size 11

Great opportunity to try out a smart ring for a fraction of the price! Oura Ring is a lightweight smart ring that tracks your sleep, activity, recovery, heart rate, and overall health to give you personalized insights every day. It turns your body’s signals into clear, actionable data that helps you sleep better, recover smarter, and live healthier. Worn on your finger, Oura uses advanced sensors to measure heart rate, heart rate variability (HRV), body temperature trends, blood oxygen (SpO2), and movement. Because the finger is one of the most accurate places to capture pulse signals, Oura can deliver research-grade accuracy in a discreet, comfortable design. Battery takes approx. 2 hours to fully charge from empty, and lasts 3-5 days depending on how many workouts. Minor cosmetic scratches on the outer case from weight lifting, but they’re only visible if you hold it close. Comes with charging base and USB C cable. Works as well as it did when I got it. Only selling because I lost weight and need a smaller size.
