Antique Natural Wood Lacquerware Soup Bowls, Set of 2, Vermilion Red, Gold Maki-e 253
19.80 $
Description
This is a set of two antique lacquer soup bowls.
These are tasteful items with a red lacquer finish and gold maki-e (sprinkled gold powder) depicting pine trees. Although the pattern is the same, each bowl has subtle differences, and the hand-painted (hand-maki-e) design, rather than transfer, gives them a unique charm and character.
