☆ Genuine silk kimono fabric, unsewn bolt, includes lining fabric. ☆ Bolt width approx. 36.5 cm, length approx. 13.75 m, lining fabric approx. 4.60 m. ☆ This is a work by dyeing artist Mitsuo Sekimura. ☆ As shown in the image, the reverse side is a beautiful pinkish color close to light plum, with a sense of transparency. The surface, however, features a complex layering of warm, muted colors, starting with a water persimmon hue. ☆ We believe this kimono will be suitable for people of a wide range of ages. ☆ In terms of genre, we consider this to be a solid color kimono (Iromuji). With matching lining fabric, it is likely a step up from a Komon (patterned kimono)... Conversely, we think it would be versatile for semi-formal occasions, practice sessions, theater outings, New Year's gatherings, dinners, and more. ☆ Please also consider using it for long haori jackets or the currently popular long-length Japanese style coats.
