Antique Bamboo Flower Vase Set of 2 - Mie Kiribana (Rooted) Goma Bamboo Flower Tube - Ikebana - Tea Ceremony Tools

Thank you for looking.

These are items from my family's storage. We are offering a set of two items: an exceptionally large, striking Miesan-giri (triple-cut) flower vase and a rustic Goma-chiku (sesame bamboo) flower tube.

[Set Contents and Detailed Sizes]
Miesan-giri Flower Vase (Left):
Size: Height 92.0cm, Diameter 11.0cm
Features: A traditional Miesan-giri with a strong, root-attached construction and three openings (windows) for arranging flowers. Items of this height and thickness are rare and will become the centerpiece of your tokonoma (alcove) or entryway.

Goma-chiku Flower Tube (Right):
Size: Height 30.0cm, Diameter 11.5cm
Features: A single-cut vase made from Goma-chiku (sesame bamboo), a famous bamboo known for its beautiful, unique speckled pattern. While simple, it allows you to enjoy the natural beauty of the material.

[Condition (Please be sure to check)]
Odor: There is a characteristic musty smell of bamboo due to long-term storage (a scent typical of old items). We have aired them out, but please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to odors.
Appearance: Due to natural materials, there are signs of aging, stains, scuffs, and minor cracks. We recommend these items for those who appreciate the character of antique items, or for use as display pieces, stage props, or for DIY projects.
Accessories: A water-retaining inner tube (otoshi or inner cylinder) is not included. If you plan to use it for fresh flowers, please use a substitute such as a cylinder you already own or a plastic bottle.

[Shipping]
As this is a large item, it will be carefully packaged with cushioning material and delivered with care.
