Rare 1960s Ruth of Carolina Umbrella Dress & Jacket Set. Spectacular, collector-grade 2-piece vintage children's novelty clothing set.   Features a vibrant blue double-breasted swing jacket coat that allows the mismatched polka-dot puff sleeves of the under-dress to peek out at the cuffs.
